SMOKING : PART 2
As an addition to the the previous post, I only like to add one more image in which I found in the net quite sometime ago. My deepest apology if this image or picture may be offensive to those heavy smokers out there. I am sure most of you have already seen much more gruesome pictures in the newspaper (on the cigarette pack if you are in Thailand) on the effect of smoking but I guess nothing should have said more than what has been mentioned in the previous post.

since demam n ader touncil kat tekak last week, tak smoking langsung till now... takde la rasa gelisah nak smoking tuh.. tapi.. selera makan plak mcm bertambah... kesan stop smoking tuh.
